KABBALAH IS NOT COMPLICATED
Why the deepest spiritual truth is also the simplest
The Wisdom of Reception
The word Kabbalah literally means “Reception.”
It means to receive the fact that there is a Driving Force to this world. We call this Force “The Creator” (Boreh Olam).
This is not a religious idea. It is not blind faith. It is a living reality.
This Force is found in the Soul within each of us. And in simple words, this Force is Light. Simple Light. Not complex. Not mysterious. Not philosophical. The simplest energy in the world.
The Interface Error
We tend to humanize this Force. We call it “Him.” We call it “Father.” Why? Because we are human, and we need a face to relate to. But the Source is not a person. It is not a man in the sky. It is Infinite Light.
The Task
A person can study Torah, Law, and Commandments for fifty or sixty years. They can be precise in every detail. But in the end, the Torah of Kabbalah is one thing: To accept your role here as a “Part of the Source from Above” and to bring that potential into action.
“Just as the Source brought you out of Itself, You must bring the Source out of you.” That is Light.
What is Light?
Light is the nature of the Creator. It is the power of Influence (Hashpa’a). Vitality. Existence. Truth. In Kabbalah, Light is defined as Divine Abundance spreading from the Infinite to the Vessels.
But in absolute simplicity: Light is the ability of a human being to realize the full Divine potential hidden within them. It is not knowledge. It is not intelligence. It is Full Alignment with the Frequency that manages reality.
The Simple Human
“Simple Light” is a “Simple Human.” A person who lives in internal adhesion (Devekut). Who is not operated from the outside. Who is not dependent on applause, status, or the opinions of others. He lives like everyone else—works, speaks, breathes—but inside, he is plugged into the Signal. This is not personal power. It is not spiritual ego. He simply aligned with the Frequency.
The World of Lies
People are born into a world called the World of Lies (Alma d’Shikra) in order to reveal the Truth. And there are not multiple types of truth. There is one Truth. Truth is Light. Light is a reality of connection, flow, and clarity.
When a person is far from the Signal, they feel blockage, confusion, emptiness. The world is beautiful. Creation is complete. “The whole earth is full of Its glory.” But the human does not know what he is doing here.
The Search
Whoever’s heart wakes up—sometimes at a very young age—starts to yearn for their lost object. They understand that everything being offered to them is not a complete answer. Not money, not body, not a role, not a degree, not status. Everything can be beautiful and good, but “This is not It.” Because he was created in the Image of the Source, and this Image demands revelation.
The Bench Test
If we sit for a moment on a bench in the street, in real silence, and tune the inner sense... We will feel that there is only Light here. Reality is wrapped in Light. But the human came down to this world to clarify, to correct, to undergo the crushing of the shells, until he reaches the revelation of the Source within him.
No Shortcuts
This is work. This is a path. The natural place of each of us is Adhesion. Not an idea about God. But a quiet internal attainment. A wordless knowledge that I have made contact with the Root.
The Goal
Nothing else will truly satisfy a human being. Not meat, not money, not honor. Because all these are just “Garments.” The true lost object is the attainment of the Light within me. To return to absolute adhesion with the Source. And to serve It as Light here in this world.
Not to run away from the world. But to illuminate within it. Once you find it, there is no need for proofs. You simply shine.

We have a “God Problem.” We grew up thinking God is a moody old man with a beard who lives in the clouds and gets angry when we eat a cheeseburger.
That isn’t God. That is Santa Claus with anger issues.
The Kabbalists don’t talk about a “Guy.” They talk about Ohr Ein Sof (Infinite Light). They talk about a Signal. A Frequency. A Driving Force.
We personify it—we call it “Him” or “Father”—because we are people. We need an interface. Just like your computer operating system uses “Files” and “Folders” to help you understand the code. There are no actual folders inside your hard drive. It’s just zeros and ones. But the “Folder” icon helps you interface with the data.
“God” is the interface. The Light is the data.
Don’t get stuck on the interface. The goal isn’t to please the Old Man. The goal is to align your vessel so the Electricity can flow through without burning the fuse. It’s not Religion. It’s Physics.
