Life is a Gift (The Body is Just the Wrapping)
"Choose Life" is not a moral suggestion; it is a state of being. How to stop being a "Receiver" who clings to the finite, and become a "Channel" for the Infinite.
Life is a Gift. The Soul was given to the Body so that through it, it could reveal the Light.
The Hierarchy of Existence
The Body itself is not the Light and it is not the Creation. It is a Vessel, a material Garment (Levush) in which the Soul acts, chooses, and reveals.
The Will to Receive is natural. But when it clings to what is limited—to an emotion, an achievement, a relationship, or a thought—it creates a void and remains empty.
The Shift: From Center to Channel The deep knowledge that Man is not the Center, but a Pipeline (Tzinor) for Light that has no end, allows him to:
Pass over the lack.
And turn the Will into a Vessel of Influence.
Redefining “Choose Life” The commandment “And You Shall Choose Life” (U’vacharta BaChayim) is not a moral instruction, an ideal, or a duty. It is a State of Being.
A state where the Soul stands in its full Freedom:
Open to the inspiration of Light through the Vessel.
Spreading it in the world without seeking filling for itself.
The Result The knowledge that Life is a Gift, and the ability to be a Channel of Light, transforms:
Every moment -> Into Significant Realization.
Every experience -> Into a Touch of Eternity.
And every Lack -> Into a Gate through which Infinite Light enters.
Reflect:
The Garment: Look at your hand. It’s a glove for your soul. Are you treating the glove like it’s the hand?
The Flow: A pipe never worries about being empty as long as water is flowing through it. Are you hoarding life, or channeling it?
The Choice: Today, choose life not by surviving, but by giving.
