Redemption is Not a Firework Show (It is Internal Stability)
We are waiting for the world to change. But Messianic Consciousness is simply the refusal to be moved by external chaos. Ruth Kedem on the absolute commitment to "Ein Od Milvado."
THE NATURE OF REDEMPTION In Messianic Teachings (Torat Mashiach) and Secret Wisdom (Torat HaSod), there is no dramatic novelty in the sense of an external event. Instead, there is a Quiet Insistence on Internal Responsibility.
There is no “New Thing” here, because Man has been in spiritual danger since the beginning of time. The difference between Exile (Galut) and Redemption (Geula) is not that the problems disappear. It is that Man stops reacting to them.
From Reaction to Connection (Da’at) A person begins to act from a place of Da’at (Connection/Knowledge). Every individual becomes a “Conscious Individual” within the collective. The Light does not come all at once. It is revealed from within.
A person who operates from their True Identity does not wait for the world to “work out” in order to be faithful to the Light. Messianic Consciousness does not ask for emotional elevation. It asks for a Settled Mind (Yishuv HaDa’at).
“There is Nothing But Him” (Ein Od Milvado) Simple faith. Even if it is not understood. This is Mature Responsibility. Full partnership with the Creator. Partnership is not passive obedience; it is active participation in leading reality.
A person with a settled mind leads their life from Light, not from Reaction.
They hold continuity.
They live in peace of mind (Menuchat HaNefesh).
No matter what happens “Outside.”
The Meaning of “Forever” (Lanetzach) To be committed to “Ein Od Milvado” forever means: Man stops treating Faith as an emotional stance or an intellectual agreement. He begins to live it as an Existential Axis. One that does not depend on situation, success, or failure.
“Ein Od Milvado” is not an encouraging slogan or a mental exercise. It is taking Full Responsibility for interpreting reality, knowing that everything occurring—without exception—stems from one Governance, wise and directed, even when totally hidden.
No Escape Hatch “Forever” means a person does not keep a Mental Escape Hatch. He does not say: “I believe right now, but if it gets too hard, I’ll reconsider.” He stops conditioning Faith on feeling good, understanding why, or moral justification.
Even when there is no taste. Even when there is no feeling. Even when there is no visible result. He remains in Faith as an Anchor. Not out of blind stubbornness, but out of the understanding that this is the only axis that allows movement without falling apart.
Exile Faith vs. Redemption Faith
In Exile: Man clings to faith to be saved/rescued.
In Redemption: Man is faithful to faith even when there is nothing to save.
He acts, chooses, decides, and leads his life knowing that Reality is not an Enemy, but a Hidden Partner. This commitment turns a person from a Survivor into an Internal Leader.
This is not “Spiritual Hovering.” This is Solid Ground. A quiet knowing that there is no reality outside the Connection. And that even the Concealment is a form of Presence.
