Start Before You Understand
You don’t need a map to take the first step. You just need to stop waiting.
“I want to start a spiritual path, but I don’t know how. I feel overwhelmed by how much there is to learn. Where do I begin?”
We do not start by understanding. We start by Being.
We do not demand a leap, nor perfection. But one step of Truth.
You don’t need to know everything. And you don’t need to feel ready. It is enough that you agree to stop for a moment. And say to yourself that there is more depth than what you are living right now.
The beginning is in a simple will. Even confused. Even without words. From there comes a real question.
We do not seek a “spiritual experience,” nor a big answer. But we do a Small Act of Connection.
A short study. Simple speech with the Source (Hashem). Or one choice a day Not to run from yourself.
It begins not when you understand the way. But when you stop waiting for understanding in order to walk.
