STOP TRYING TO BUILD "SELF-WORTH"
Why the search for confidence is actually making you smaller.
“Value” is not a quality of the person.
It is not an emotional relationship you have with yourself.
It is a State of Being determined by the measure of Light revealed.
The Physics of Worth
As much as the Vessel is tuned to its Root and capable of carrying Light in “Equivalence of Form”...
That state is called Greatness (Gadlut).
As much as the Vessel is closed inside itself...
And acting out of a Will to Receive for itself...
That state is called Smallness (Katnut).
The Trap of Smallness
In Katnut, the Light is restricted.
Because the Will is operating as a separate entity.
Automatically, the person experiences themselves as “Worthless.”
Why?
Because in a state of separation, there is no felt existence of the Light.
The absence of Light is translated by the consciousness into Insignificance.
A lack of reality. A feeling of being small.
Greatness is Not an Addition
Gadlut is not an addition of external Light.
It is a change in the Shape of the Vessel.
The same Will—when it stops seeing itself as the focus and starts acting by virtue of its belonging to a Higher Process—automatically reveals Value.
There is no work of “Building Self-Worth.”
There is only the work of Refining the Intention.
The Shift
The exit from Smallness to Greatness is not an emotional process.
It is a process of Consciousness and Will.
A transition from identifying with the Malchut (The Self) as a standalone entity...
To connecting the Malchut to the Zeir Anpin (The Giver) on the Middle Line.
From the Will being busy with its own survival...
To the Will being devoted to the movement of Influence.
In this state, the person does not “feel worth more.”
They simply cease to be busy with the question of their value.
Because their existence gets its validity from the very fact of their participation in the Divine Order.
The transition is not a change in Self-Image.
It is a change in the Center of Gravity.
From the Self To the Root.
A person’s value is measured by the extent of their adhesion to the Creator.

ORIYA’S NOTE
We spend thousands of dollars trying to “improve our self-esteem.”
We stand in front of mirrors doing affirmations.
“I am enough. I am worthy. I am lovable.”
The Kabbalists say: Stop it.
The more you focus on “Am I worthy?”, the smaller you become.
Think about it. Who is the most insecure person in the room?
The one constantly checking the mirror to see how they look.
It doesn’t matter if they think “I look great” or “I look terrible”—the obsession is the same. It is a loop of Self.
Smallness isn’t feeling bad about yourself. It is thinking about yourself.
Greatness isn’t feeling arrogant. It is forgetting yourself because you are too busy doing the work you were sent here to do.
You don’t need “Self-Worth.” You need a job.
You need to align with the Signal.
When you are transmitting the Light, you don’t ask if the wire is “worthy.”
The wire is full of electricity. It has no time to wonder if it’s special.
Stop building your ego. Start building the connection.
