THE DELUSION OF ATTRACTION
Why sex without consciousness is just "Cruelty"
The entire concept of “The Sexes” is a delusion of a Will to Receive that is disconnected from its Root. The body, the senses, physical attraction—all these are not the Truth of the person. They are merely the Garment of the internal Will.
The Two States of Sexuality
Connected: When the Soul shines, sexuality is considered Light. It is Creative Love that connects the Will to Receive back to its Source.
Disconnected: In most of the world, when a person is cut off from the Root, physical attraction becomes a Delusion. It becomes external signals covering up a lack of internal attainment.
The Blur
This disconnection creates a “Blur” (Tishtush) that trips us up. The human being thinks that the Light in sexuality is found in the Body or the Appearance. But the Real Light is found only in the Internal Connection. It is found in the Root—in a Will that is united with Truth.
The Erosion
Therefore, all sexual desire without Consciousness (Da’at) is merely the erosion of the Will. It is a “Temptation” that diverts you from the Light. If you engage in it without connection, the pleasure is momentary, fleeting, and leaves a Void.
The Work
The spiritual work is not to cancel sex or suppress attraction. The work is to Elevate it. To raise it to a level where it serves the Internal Truth. When the Heart, the Will, and the Soul are connected to the Root—in that moment, sexuality stops being a delusion and becomes a Vessel for Spiritual Revelation.
The Verdict
If there is no internal connection—if the person is not connected to the Root, to character, or to the Light within the Soul—sex remains merely an animalistic meeting between bodies. It is the Beast responding to emotion, lust, and stimulation. There is no Wisdom in it. No Light.
A consciousness that does not understand the Divine Essence of this act is living a life that can be summed up in three words: “Cruelty.” (Cruelty to the animal soul that is forced to act without spirit.)

ORIYA’S NOTE
We treat sex like a biological itch. Scratch it, and move on. But sex involves an exchange of energy that goes far beyond the skin. If you engage in sex without Da’at (Consciousness), you are essentially crashing two biological spaceships together. There might be sparks, but there is also a lot of wreckage.
The “Post-Coital Blues”—that feeling of emptiness or sadness after casual sex—is not a chemical crash. It is your Soul realizing it was used as a prop. Don’t use your body as a stress ball. Use it as a bridge.
