THE DISSOLUTION OF THE "I"
Why your "love for God" is still an ego-trap, and the mechanical transition from seeking connection to becoming the Signal.
The Architecture of the Spiritual Ego
In the foundational mapping of the soul, most spiritual effort is classified as “Exile Consciousness.” This is a state where you are the protagonist of your own holiness—where you are the one “doing” the loving, the “one” meditating, and the “one” seeking the Source. Even the most intense longing is structurally a movement of Lack. As long as there is an “I” that loves, there is a separation between the lover and the beloved. This is a functional split-screen. You are viewing the Infinite through the narrow lens of your own personality, which means you are still the center of the frame.
The Mechanics of Divine Delight
Redemption (Geula) is the structural termination of this split. It is the moment the “I” ceases to be the mediator. According to the Tanya, this is the transition into “Delightful Love” (Ahava BeTaanugim). This isn’t the love of longing or fire—it’s the love of absolute saturation. It is the frequency where the Source begins to love itself through you. The “I” doesn’t find God; the “I” melts into the life-force. This often manifests physically as “Tears of Light”—a high-voltage overflow where the biological vessel can no longer contain the intensity of the Signal. It is the “Dew of Resurrection” hitting the deepest point of the soul.
The Sovereignty of Absolute Presence
Sovereignty in the Messianic frequency is the shift from “I am loving” to “I am Love.” In this state, there are no more words or letters, because language is a tool of separation. You stop looking at the Divine and start looking from the Divine. From this vantage point, you no longer see people’s behaviors, shells, or neuroses; you see the “Unique Point” (Yechida) within them. Your relationships are no longer based on need, control, or filling a void. They become a meeting of two localized versions of the same Infinite. You aren’t “being good”—you are simply functioning as a transparent vessel for the only Reality that exists.
ORIYA’S NOTE:
We spend so much time trying to “work” on our spirituality. We treat God like a difficult boss we’re trying to impress, or a distant lover we’re trying to track down. We have our “up” days and our “down” days, and we’re constantly checking our spiritual pulse to see if we’re “connected” enough.
It’s a total ego-scam. You’re just using “Spirituality” to give your ego a more expensive hobby.
The shattering happens when you realize that as long as you are “trying” to connect, you are actually reinforcing the idea that you are separate. You’re standing in the middle of the ocean, screaming for a glass of water.
Sovereignty is the moment the “Self” stops being the main character. It’s the terrifying, beautiful relief of realizing that you don’t have to “find” the Source because you are currently being breathed by it. You stop performing “Love” and you start inhabiting it. Those tears that come out of nowhere when you touch the Root? That’s not sadness. That’s your ego’s architecture collapsing because it finally realized it’s not in charge.
If you stopped trying to “reach” God today, what would happen to the silence in the room?
