The Fear of Our Own Light
You're not afraid of your darkness. You're afraid of your truth.
Why do I sabotage myself? Why do I run from what I know I need to face?
Not to fear ourselves means not to fear the inner truth when it is exposed.
The fear is not of the darkness, but of the light. Of the intensity. Of the precision. Of the responsibility to be who we truly are... without masks and without excuses.
Fear of ourselves is born as long as we identify with garments, images, and memories, and not with the root.
When a person stops running from themselves, it becomes clear: there is no threat there... only life.
Not to fear ourselves is to agree to meet the soul without mediation, and to discover that what seemed frightening was always the source of freedom.
