Living under crushing cognitive overload, the physical body becomes the emergency brake.
The ice bath is used to forcibly “reboot” a short-circuiting nervous system.
Tree-hugging becomes an attempt to lean on a piece of reality that doesn’t judge or demand.
However, navigating reality strictly through the physical body is a profound mechanical bypass.
