The Puppet with Three Strings (Mother, Husband, Child)
You feel pulled in every direction. Your mother wants piety, your husband wants attention, your daughter pulls for control.
THE MARIONETTE TRAP
The situation you describe— Where you feel like a Marionette between three forces: Mother, Husband, and Daughter.
This is a situation often found when we have to deal with external expectations that grow over us, instead of listening to the internal needs within us.
THE THREE FORCES
Each of these figures brings their own “Truth” and personal desires:
The Mother: Wants religious structure (Form).
The Husband: Wants proximity/attention (Emotion).
The Daughter: Uses manipulation (Control).
They are all pulling you toward what they see as good. But they do not see what is missing in you.
THE MIRROR OF THE VACUUM
The external influence reflects an Internal Lack of Clarification. Because you haven’t fully defined:
What you want.
How you want to express yourself.
What nourishes you.
When there is a vacuum inside, the outside rushes in to fill it. The manipulation works because there is no strong “Internal King” sitting on the throne of your heart.
THE WAY OUT: INTERNAL LEADERSHIP
The way to inner peace passes through the ability to say “No” to the outside and find the “Yes” inside.
To connect to the True Will.
Which is connected directly to the Divine Light within you.
Nothing can influence you except the Holy Inner Power within you. You must be the Leader in your world.
ROLES VS. ESSENCE
Of course, we have roles: Mother, Wife, Daughter. This is part of our existence. But the central question is: How do we fill them without losing ourselves?
A role is not meant to cause Self-Cancellation. On the contrary. Roles are meant to allow us to realize the Divinity within us.
A Wife: Can be a partner only when she is a separate entity, not an extension of the husband.
A Daughter: Can honor her mother without adopting her mother’s path as her own.
A Mother: Can guide her child only when she is not manipulated by the child’s whims.
THE CLARIFICATION
Whoever has not understood their own deepest need— Whoever has not clarified their own True Will regarding what they want to give to the world— Cannot give the real thing.
Self-Clarification (Birur Pnimi) is an inseparable part of the path. When you are connected to yourself, you are a much more conscious, grounded, and healthy mother/wife/daughter.
THE CUTTING OF THE STRINGS
Any place where you feel like an “Actor in someone else’s play” is a place where you must return the power to the inside. Do not let manipulation or external expectations control your existence.
The answer is inside you. As you become faithful to yourself, you will merit an experience of Internal Wholeness. You will see yourself as a Divine Messenger, not a victim.
Your Internal Power will overcome external influences. And you will feel whole with every step.
You are the one holding the scissors.
