The Root of Human Insanity (Why We Crash When Things Break)
We were raised on the lie that life is supposed to be "normal" and "linear." Kabbalah teaches: Crisis is not a system failure; it is the Operating System.
THE EDUCATIONAL FAILURE We were never taught how to practice a crisis. Instead, we were taught that life is supposed to be “Normal” and “Okay.”
The Root of Insanity This expectation is the root of Human Insanity. The insanity does not come from the pain itself. It comes from the fact that man was not taught to Live a Crisis.
We were educated to believe that life is supposed to be continuous, normal, and orderly. Therefore, when a crisis hits, it is perceived as a Malfunction, a Glitch, or a Personal Failure.
The Spiritual Reality But the deep truth is that the world was Intentionally Created through Concealment (Hester), Shattering (Shevira), and constant movement between states. Why? So that man would learn to operate within Uncertainty without losing his Divine Image (Tzelem).
The Result of Ignorance When there is no language and no tools for crisis:
Man gets terrified of it.
He identifies with it (becomes the crisis).
Or he falls apart completely.
Redemption is Not Comfort Messianic Consciousness teaches that Redemption (Geula) is not the disappearance of crises. It is the ability to Dwell within them with Composure (Yishuv HaDa’at).
To read the crisis as a process of Clarification. To hold a boundary and internal quiet. Without exploding outward. And without self-annihilation inward.
True Stability Whoever learns to practice crisis in this way becomes truly stable. Because he is connected to the Truth (that life is dynamic movement). And not to the Illusion (”Everything is fine”).
