The World Was Not Created to Be Just
Justice does not always win. But Truth is always preserved. The victory is not in defeating the darkness, but in not becoming it.
“Why do the wicked prosper? Why do good people carry the weight while others silence the truth? It feels like the world is broken.”
There is a great deal of injustice in the world. And the pain of it is not only in what happens, But in the fact that it happens again and again. And that good people are required to bear its weight, While others Cover up, silence, and continue as usual.
The World was not created to be Just, but to be Clarified and Repaired. And the Repair (Tikkun) does not happen through systems, titles, or moral declarations. But through individual human beings who refuse to lie to themselves.
Those who see, suffer more. But they also carry more Light.
It is not upon us to make the world just. But it is upon us not to lose ourselves within the injustice.
“Sometimes Justice does not win.” But the Truth is preserved. That is what allows a human being to remain Human.
And if there is something that holds the world up, It is not the one who defeats the wrong, But the one who does not let the wrong Turn him into a wrong.
The Holy One, Blessed be He, leads His world. Not always in a way we understand. Not always in a way that looks fair to human eyes.
But in the Leadership, Inside this guidance, there is a Time of Concealment (Hester), Where the wicked act and the righteous are broken. And there is a Time of Clarification (Birur), Where everything receives its place. Whether in this world, or beyond what the eye can see.
The Holy One does not demand that a person fix the entire world. But to act with integrity in the place where he stands.
He who acts in Truth, Even if it seems he is being pushed out, Does not fall from Providence. But moves within it.
Sometimes the Guidance is precisely in the removal from a corrupted place, So that the Soul will not break. And sometimes, by the very act of standing bravely, a seed is sown that cannot be seen immediately.
