Thoughts Are Clothes
The problem isn't what you think. It's that you think you are your thoughts.
I can’t stop my thoughts. They overwhelm me. How do I quiet my mind?
Thoughts are not the problem... identification with them is the problem.
A thought is a garment, not an identity.
The tool is not to fight the thought, not to analyze it, but to return yourself to simple action in the present.
Spiritual practice without physical grounding creates overload.
Sometimes the highest work is agreeing to be simple.
