When the Body Slams the Brakes
It is not a malfunction. It is a mandatory upgrade from "Force" to "Flow."
Sometimes the body stops us not because we are not progressing, but because it is time to stop holding life by force.
You can no longer push. Control. Hold on by sheer strength.
The Light wants to descend to a deeper rung. And for that to happen, The Vessel must let go.
The physical stoppage is often a transition: From Force (Koach) to Guidance (Hanhaga). A guidance of Trust.
From the effort to be "Okay" to the agreement to be True.
From Holding (Hachzaka) to Placing (Hanacha).
When the body stops, it is a sign that we can no longer progress with the same Will. The Will of the Ego—the will that pushes, survives, and conquers—has run out of fuel. Now, a new Will must enter.
The body is not fighting you. It is saving you from a pace your soul can no longer sustain. It is forcing you to lie down so that the Light can finally stand up inside you.
Reflect:
The Grip: Where are you holding life "by the throat"? Your career? Your kids? Your image?
The Collapse: If you let go, you think you will fall. But what if you float?
The Shift: Try saying: "I am not stopping; I am being upgraded."
The conversation continues in the comments. Has your body ever forced you to change your life?
