Why the World Feels Like a Pressure Cooker (The Seventh Millennium)
Humanity is like a coiled spring. The anger, the speed, and the anxiety are not signs of decline, but of intense Light forcing hidden darkness to the surface.
THE STATE OF HUMANITY Humanity today resembles a tight, coiled spring.
We are situated in the final stages of the Time of Correction (Zman Tikun), close to the Seventh Millennium (Ha’Elef Ha’Shvi’i). This is a time when Divine Light descends with higher intensity into a reality that is not yet sufficiently corrected.
The Physics of Light and Vessel When a Great Light enters Vessels that are not adapted to it, it does not induce calm. It creates a pressure cooker. It creates friction and exposes everything that has not been resolved.
That is why everything is happening so fast: The emotion, the anger, the fear, the impatience, the violence in discourse, the inability to “contain” one another.
This is not because humanity is deteriorating. It is because the Light no longer allows for suppression. What could once remain buried for generations must now rise to the surface to be clarified and corrected.
The Zohar’s Explanation The Zohar explains that specifically before the Messianic Revelation, the Judgments (Dinim) increase. Why? Because every shell (Klipa), wound, and old consciousness must come out to the surface. Otherwise, they have no correction.
This happens on the road, at home, in marriage, in parenting, and in the public sphere—because these are the living vessels of man.
The Necessary Stage This is a necessary stage. Humanity is required to transition:
From: A consciousness of Survival, Ego, and Separation.
To: A consciousness of Unity, Responsibility, and Mutual Guarantee (Arvut).
This transition is not gentle. It feels like Internal Pressure forcing us to grow faster than the pace we are used to. Therefore, the sensation is one of being at the “Edge.” Of unrest. Of “We can’t go on like this.”
And everything is by Divine Intent. This is the Boiling Point.
The world is required to change. Whoever feels the difficulty with intensity is actually the one touching the Root of the Correction, and not just the symptoms. It is happening because there is no more time to delay. There is no more room to live “Uncorrected” in the face of the Light that has already arrived.
The 6,000 Years Creation was spread over six thousand years, corresponding to the Six Days of Creation. This was a time of work, clarification, and struggle between Light and Vessel, between the Will to Receive and the Will to Bestow. It is a time when the Soul works inside a body, inside concealment, inside choice.
The Seventh Millennium corresponds to the Sabbath. Not a Sabbath of physical rest (that is Torah for kindergarteners). But a Sabbath of Consciousness. A state where the Light and the Vessel are equal. And there is no escape for any created being from these stages.
