Why You Are "Too Much" for People (The Secret of Direct Light)
You don't play politics. You don't bend the truth. You are "Ohr Yashar." Ruth Kedem explains why this creates resistance and how to manage it without dimming your light.
THE DIAGNOSIS: A CONNECTION TO TRUTH LEADERSHIP Your Clarification (Birur) is that you are connected to a Leadership of Truth. A Truth that does not depend on an external framework. A leadership of Direct Light (Ohr Yashar).
Not mediated.
Not groveling.
Not bending.
Not working through power, fear, or empty hierarchy.
What is Direct Light (Ohr Yashar)? Direct Light is the Light that comes from the Creator to the Will. Without a detour, without sophistication, and without negotiation with the Vessel.
It is a Light of Direct Truth. Of clean influence. It does not adapt itself to the fears, interests, or selfishness of the Receiver.
The Nature of Direct Light Direct Light does not ask:
“Is this comfortable for you?”
“Does this pay off?”
“Does this fit the system?” It is simply Present.
It represents the Creator’s will to Bestow, not the Creature’s will to Receive. Therefore, it is not “Smart,” it is not “Diplomatic,” and it is not considerate of the broken structure of the Vessel. It is Truth as it is in itself.
Because it does not dress up, flatter, or round its corners to remain popular—It triggers resistance.
The Counterpart: Returning Light (Ohr Hozer) Opposite the Direct Light stands the Returning Light. This is the Response of the Vessel. Returning Light is the light that man raises through a Screen (Masach), through Choice, through Boundaries. That is where the Work is measured. Not by how much light enters, but by the form in which the Will returns it to bestowal.
Direct Light is the Truth coming from Above. Returning Light is Man’s Responsibility toward that Truth.
The Work Your specific clarification touches exactly here: Not to stop being Direct Light. But to build a Screen and a Framework.
So that the Light does not become a Threat (blinding the receiver), but clothes itself in a place where it can become Leadership.
