Your Body Is Not Attacking You, It Is Speaking to You
Why do we get sick? It’s not just the sugar or the smoking. It’s the "Defect in the Will."
“Ruth, we are born healthy, strong, and beautiful. Why do people suffer from severe diseases during their lives? Is it really just from smoking? From sugar? From radiation? Or is there something deeper?”
The Body and the Soul are not disconnected.
Illnesses are not merely the result of external habits like smoking, sugar, or stress. They are a Reflection of an Internal Lack of Correction. A reflection of a lack of Light, or a Defect in the Will (Pgam BaRatzon).
The Spiritual Physiology The Creation gives us a body that is healthy and full of Light. But life in this world requires the Correction of the Will (Tikun HaRatzon).
If the Will tends toward:
Force,
Ego,
Or Incorrect Attachment (clinging to the material or the self), The Body “Speaks.” It presents limitations. It creates symptoms.
Catalysts vs. Sources Food, environment, sugar, radiation—all these can accelerate or amplify the problem. But they are not the True Source.
The Source is always: The Connection of the Soul to the Source of Light.
The ability to maintain:
A Clean Will (Ratzon Naki).
Internal Light.
Active Correction. This is what protects and holds the body in health.
Illness as a Call Therefore, severe diseases are a Call. It is not just the body suffering. It is the Soul requesting Correction.
It is requesting:
Connection.
Release from the “Egoistic Force.”
A return to Flow.
The illness is the blockage that forces us to stop and look at where the Light has stopped flowing. It is a demand to clear the channel so the Light can flow in full again.
Reflect:
The Symptom: Think of a physical pain you have. Ask it: “What are you trying to tell me about my Will? Where am I stuck in my Ego?”
The Diet: Eating healthy is good, but “Mental Diet” is better. Are you feeding your soul resentment? That is more toxic than sugar.
The Flow: Health is Flow. Illness is Stagnation. Where in your life are you stagnant? Move there, and the body often follows.
