YOUR LEADERS ARE PLAYING IN A KINDERGARTEN
Why the most brilliant Rabbis and Politicians can't sit at the same table.
The most complex thing in this world is human beings. Kabbalah is not a goal in itself. It is a tool. The study of Worlds, Sefirot, Halacha, and Mitzvot—these are all means. The real way is the Human Being himself. There are no shortcuts. Never. That is the beauty and the difficulty of the Torah. It does not let a person escape the work for which he came into the world.
The Failure of Leadership
Our generation—the generation of the “Heels of Messiah” (Ikveta DeMeshicha)—is dealing with deep root corrections. We have nowhere to run. Throughout history, the Nation of Israel looked for a “Faithful Shepherd”—a leader to carry the people. Today, we see political leadership and religious leadership intertwined. Not by accident. For a small leadership to survive, it needs religious legitimacy. So they both survive. And the people remain confused.
The Lie of the “Court”
I spent my whole life looking for a simple, independent truth. I went through many frameworks. I didn’t find the truth in any of them. Why? Because in every framework, there is a central figure. “My Rabbi.” “My Teacher.” “Mine, mine, mine.” Either you align, or you are an apprentice. And if you don’t agree, you are out.
This is how cults, courts, and parties are created. With those close to the plate, and those left outside. And the whole nation wonders and stares, waiting for leadership, while small groups look out for themselves and call it “Everything is for your benefit.” This is a lie.
The Disconnect
The greater pain is that truly brilliant Kabbalists speak high truth, but in actual conduct, they do not live it.
“This one doesn’t sit with that one.”
“This one doesn’t talk to that one.” Each belongs to a different court. This is a disease.
Therefore, I am not willing to belong to any court or be under any Rabbi. I lead my life myself in front of the Creator. And this is what is required of every one of us. This division is the loss of the Human Image (Tzelem Enosh).
Torah Without a Way is Empty
If a person teaches Unity, Truth, Nullification of Ego, and Love of Man... But in practice, he is unable to sit with someone who thinks differently... Unable to remove masks... Unable to sit around one table for the sake of Heaven... Then there is no Torah there.
There is knowledge. There is intellect. There is charisma. But there is no Way (Derech). And Torah without a living Way is empty. “From your actions, we knew you.” (MiMa’asecha Hikarnucha).
The Kindergarten of Adults The greatest of the great—Kabbalists, Rabbis, intellectuals—are not willing to sit together. Not out of a “Disagreement for the sake of Heaven.” But out of holding onto territory, students, power, and identity. It looks exactly like a kindergarten for adults. Each with his corner. Each with his toys (which, unfortunately, is this confused nation).
The Feminine Correction
It is no coincidence that those managing the discourse at the top are men. And those doing the work of connection, holding, and carrying are women. As long as there is no listening to the Spiritual Feminine Dimension—not gender, but Quality (the ability to contain, connect, see the whole)—the struggle will continue. Men will continue to fight over who said what to whom. And the people will continue to pay the price.
The Bottom Line
Maybe it’s time someone put it straight in their face: No more speeches. No more brilliant writing. No more prizes and titles.
One simple bottom line: Pick up the phone to the one who teaches like you. Tell him “Yasher Koach.” And let’s sit together for the sake of Heaven. Show the people what Living Truth looks like.
If you don’t have that, you don’t have Torah. In Yiddish, we call it Krechtzen (Groaning/Complaining). And that, with great pain, is the situation of the Nation of Israel today.
I do not show up at anyone’s event. Because that would mean I am a partner to the separation between us. Unity is a much bigger act than studying Torah. That is the easy part. Unity is going down to a depth that no generation has gone before us. Messiah, in his essence, is there. He only shows from there to here.

ORIYA’S NOTE
We are addicted to the “Guru” model because it absolves us of responsibility. If the Rabbi is holy, I don’t have to be. I just have to donate. If the Politician is the Savior, I don’t have to lead. I just have to vote.
But look at them. The “Spiritual Leaders” are fighting over market share like CEOs of competing tech companies. The “Political Leaders” are shouting like toddlers in a sandbox. They are not bad people. They are just trapped in the Ego of Identity.
The Messiah isn’t coming to start another court. He isn’t coming to open a new Yeshiva or a new Party. He is coming to return the responsibility to You. The era of the “Middleman” is over. Stop looking for a Shepherd. Become the sheep that knows the way home.
